1. Overview

This website is operated by Dil Ki Dukaan. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Dil Ki Dukaan. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Customized Products & Design

Since we specialize in personalized gifting, specific terms apply to our made-to-order products:

• Content Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all spelling, dates, and photos provided for customization are correct. We will print exactly what is provided.
• Color Variations: Please note that colors seen on a digital screen (mobile/laptop) may vary slightly from the actual printed product due to screen calibration and printing materials (MDF, Acrylic, Ceramic).
• Design Approval: For bulk or complex orders, we may send a digital proof. Once approved by you, no further changes can be made.

3. Orders & Cancellation

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you via the email/phone provided.

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
• Once the design process or production has started, the order cannot be cancelled as the materials are already customized for you.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver within the estimated timelines (typically 5-7 working days). However, delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2-3 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

5. Returns & Replacements

Due to the personalized nature of our products (e.g., a mug with your photo), we do not offer returns or refunds for "change of mind".

Replacements are ONLY valid if:

• The product arrived in a damaged condition (Unboxing video required).
• There is a manufacturing defect or printing error from OUR side.
• The wrong product was delivered.

6. Privacy & Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your photos or personal data to third parties. Images shared for customization are deleted from our systems periodically after order fulfillment.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
