Return & Refund Policy
Clear, fair policies for our customized products.
At Dil Ki Dukaan, we primarily deal in customized and made-to-order products created specifically for you. Because each item is unique, our return and refund policies are structured differently than standard retail stores.
Cancellation & Refund Rules
Once an order goes into production (design/printing started), only a 50% refund is applicable in case of cancellation. This covers the cost of materials already used.
No returns or refunds are accepted for customized products (change of mind) as they cannot be resold to other customers.
Exceptions for Returns
Returns or replacements ARE accepted ONLY under the following conditions:
- There is a proven manufacturing defect in the product.
- There is a clear error from our side (e.g., wrong spelling despite correct input, wrong photo printed).
- Product was damaged in transit (Video proof required as per Damaged Policy).
