At Dil Ki Dukaan, we take utmost care in packaging your personalized gifts. However, in the rare event that a product is received broken or damaged during transit, we are here to assist you with a replacement.
Mandatory Requirement: Unboxing Video
No Video = No Claim
If a product is received broken or damaged, it is MANDATORY to provide an unboxing/opening video clearly showing the package and the product.
Claims without a clear opening video will NOT be accepted. This helps us verify the damage was caused during transit .
