Every order is made to order. We confirm your details in 1–2 days, make and dispatch the product within 3–7 days, and then our courier partner delivers it anywhere in India. You get dispatch updates on your registered email or phone.

Ask for a cancellation as soon as possible after ordering. Once production has started, only a 50% refund is possible because materials have already been used. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Personalised products cannot be returned for a change of mind. We replace or refund items with a manufacturing defect, a mistake from our side (such as a wrong spelling or photo), or damage in transit.
Record an unboxing video that clearly shows the package and the product, then contact us with your order number. Claims without an opening video cannot be accepted. See our Damaged Products Policy.
